Compound Semiconductor, a respected magazine for in-depth news and information on the compound semiconductor industry, published an article on recent developments in Compound Semiconductor MEMS. Work from the MEMS Sensors and Actuators Lab's efforts to develop fully integrated biosensors is featured in the December 2006 issue.
