Christopher Michael Waits has been granted the GAANN Fellowship. Funded by the U.S. Department of Education, the Graduate Assistance in Areas of National Need (GAANN) Fellowships are awarded to qualified U.S. applicants with excellent academic records to pursue doctoral studies.
