Winkler awarded an Ann G. Wylie Dissertation Fellowship

Thomas Winkler awarded an Ann G. Wylie Dissertation Fellowship for the semester of his choice during the 2016-2017 academic year. The fellowship supports University of Maryland doctoral candidates who have excellent qualifications and are in the latter stages of writing their dissertations.The Fellowship carries a stipend, plus a candidacy Graduate School Tuition Award for the semester in which the fellowship is taken.
