Nima Ghalichechian receives NSF CAREER Award
MSAL Alumnus, Nima Ghalichechian (EE Ph.D. 2007) has received an National Science Foundation CAREER Award for, “Understanding and Exploiting Non-Linear Behavior of Phase-Change Materials for Millimeter-Wave Applications”. The five-year, $500K award will foster fundamental studies vital to future radio-frequency reconfigurable communication systems. (16 - Jan/2019)
