MSAL’s interdisciplinary work delivers significant progress on understanding the gut-brain-axis (GBA) in three new publications
Converging efforts from the MEMS Sensors and Actuators Laboratory (MSAL), the Fischell Department of Bioengineering, and the Brain and Behavior Initiative (BBI) created three new journal publications detailing progress in the detection, assessment, and impact of serotonin on the gut-brain-axis (GBA). The publications are featured in the Nature journal, Microsystems and Nanoengineering as well as the IEEE Journal of Microelectromechanical Systems. (19 - Oct/.2020)
